By using Wellcome Listings Manager ("Application", "Service", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Service Description

Wellcome Listings Manager is a multi-platform business management system that allows businesses to manage and synchronize their information across Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Yandex, and other platforms.

3. Account Creation and Security

3.1. Account Requirements

  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2. Security Obligations

  • You must keep your password confidential
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You must not use another person's account

4. User Obligations

4.1. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the Service for illegal purposes
  • Violating the rights of others
  • Sharing false, misleading, or inaccurate information
  • Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the Service
  • Using automated systems (bots, crawlers) without permission
  • Collecting personal information of others without authorization
  • Infringing on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights

4.2. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you upload, share, or publish through our Service. You must ensure that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Our Service provides integrations with Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Yandex, and other platforms. When using these integrations:

  • You are subject to the respective platform's own terms of service
  • You must provide necessary authorizations for access to these platforms
  • You are deemed to have accepted the platforms' privacy policies
  • We are not responsible for the platforms' services

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and its content (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, etc.) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Fees and Payment

Some of our services are paid. For paid services:

  • Prices are communicated in advance
  • Payments are non-refundable (your legal rights are reserved)
  • Prices may be changed without prior notice
  • Your payment information is processed securely

9. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Engaging in illegal activities
  • Not using your account for an extended period
  • Failure to meet payment obligations

10. Disclaimer

Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, including but not limited to:

  • That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • That results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
